This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe the reasonable prices for such a high-quality stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was spot on, from the well-composed breakfast selection to the spacious rooms with their own bathrooms. Lastly, the location was perfect, nestled near the Tatra mountains and just a stone's throw away from the forest.

This hotel is excellently located near the Tatra mountains, making it perfect for those interested in cross-country skiing and exploring the beautiful National Park. The prepared skiing tracks right outside the hotel's parking lot make it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and provided excellent service, particularly at the reception. We were also impressed with the well-composed breakfast selection, which included a plate of fresh scrambled eggs that truly blew us away.

Nestled in nature with picturesque views of Tatra mountains and proximity to the forest, this hotel truly offers a peaceful retreat. the rooms are spacious and bright with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the breakfast is varied and delicious, made with locally-sourced products. the hotel provides a green backyard with benches for relaxation. Little touches such as a kettle, fridge, and spacious balcony, make the stay even more pleasant. the spa area, although at an additional charge, has a good sauna.

The hotel's recycling policy needs improvement.

Spent Christmas at a mountainside spot that truly brought me and my family the spirit of Christmas. We enjoyed fresh and locally, sourced breakfast every morning. the location is key for winter sports enthusiasts since it is close to the ski, slopes. A few steps and we were already in the heart of the forests, perfect for a family hike. An additional bonus was the availability of a spa that gave us the relaxation we needed.

The kitchen closed quite early, which left us with little to no options for dinner. We searched for nearby restaurants, but they closed by 10 PM. Although it was nice to have shared balconies, it would have been appreciated if they were more private and quieter.

One of the best aspects of our Christmas stay was the breakfast with a great variety of options. The location was also fantastic, just a few minutes from a beautiful valley and a short drive to the city center. Another advantage we enjoyed was the sauna which was well maintained and relaxing.

The soundproofing of the rooms was poor. We could hear the conversation from the hallway and the rooms next door, which made it difficult to sleep at times. Additionally, the shared balcony for two rooms was a little uncomfortable, especially when the guests next door were noisy.
